Audacity is a free audio recorder and editor available for both PC and Mac. If you're looking to create an audio podcast, Audacity is a fantastic tool to record and mix the audio. Brent and his students used Audacity to record the first several episodes of their classroom podcast, ColeyCast, and found it incredibily powerful yet easy to use.
